Official Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility: Game open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of date of Game participation. Employees of RadioShack Corporation (Sponsor), its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and employees of all companies engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this game, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate. Game begins at 9:00 a.m., EST, July 13, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m., EST, July 31, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). By participating, you agree to these official rules and the decisions of the judges, administrators and Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. In addition, participants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all coordinating agencies from any and all liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation, and the acceptance and use of any prize. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How To Play: During the Promotion Period, visit the following URL address: www.radioshack.com. Click on the promotional banner and follow the on-screen instructions on the game registration page to participate. After submitting the required game registration information, you will be provided instructions on how to decode the online game piece by moving the online decoding device over the game piece. The hidden message will inform you whether or not you have a prize-winning game piece, and what prize you have won or what value offer you have received, subject to verification. If you have a prize-winning game piece, follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your prize. Limit one (1) game play per day per person, immediate family, household, dwelling, street address, home computer, e-mail address or account, phone line or account, DSL line or account, or cable line or account (or the equivalent of any of the foregoing). If game play has been made in violation of the terms of the previous sentence, then Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and any entry from any of the foregoing sources from participation in the Game. Any participant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to play multiple times will be disqualified.
3. Instant-Win Prizes/Approximate Retail Value "ARV"/Odds: It is estimated that there will be 200,000 game plays during the Promotion Period. The chart below details the available prizes and their respective approximate retail values:

5. To Claim An Instant-Win Prize: If your online game piece contains an Instant-Win prize-winning message, you will receive an e-mail from the Sponsor confirming your Instant-Win prize. The prize notification e-mail will be sent to the address provided by the participant upon registration. Prize winners receiving a prize notification e-mail must reply within five (5) days confirming their acceptance of the Instant-Win prize or participant will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Any prize notification e-mail sent by the Sponsor that is returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification of the participant. Sponsor is not responsible for prize notification e-mails that are restricted, returned or banned by participant?s firewall, spam-protection program or by the participant?s e-mail delivery setting or for any other reason. Limit one (1) prize per person, immediate family, household, dwelling, street address, home computer, e-mail address or account, phone line or account, DSL line or account, or cable line or account (or the equivalent of any of the foregoing).. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery.
6. Conditions of Participation: The consumer is solely responsible for participating in the Instant-Win game and redeeming prizes by July 31, 2009. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned prior to award of prize. Certain prize winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form/Advertising Consent Form within five (5) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance with this time period may result in disqualification. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Game subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner?s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If permission is given by game players, names and e-mail addresses of game participants may be used for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor.
7. Verification: All game materials subject to verification. Game materials are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels or if any part is counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, or tampered with in any way. Sponsor is not responsible for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or incomplete or garbled computer transmissions which might limit a consumer's ability to participate in the game. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the game or disqualify a participant if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the game as determined by the Sponsor. If due to a programming or game administration error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded in accordance with these rules, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. IMPORTANT: ANY ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OR VIOLATE THE RULES IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GAME WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW AT SPONSOR?S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY INVESTIGATION INTO THE ELIGIBILITY OF A PARTICIPANT OR GAME PLAY AND DELAY THE AWARD OF ANY PRIZE DURING THE INVESTIGATION FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME IT DEEMS NECESSARY AND PENDING THE RECEIPT OF ANY AND ALL INFORMATION IT DEEMS NECESSARY. IF SPONSOR SUSPECTS ANY PARTICIPANT OF ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD OR VIOLATE THE RULES IN ANY WAY, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THAT PARTICIPANT FROM THIS PROMOTION.
8. List of Prize Winners: Names of all prize winners of Instant-Win prizes with a retail value of $25 or more will be available after the termination of the game. To receive a list of winners, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope accompanied with a signed, hand-printed request to "RadioShack Winners? List", P.O. Box 11507, Bozeman, MT 59719-1507. All requests must be received by August 31, 2009
